Holiday Baking

With the holidays coming up, I'm getting excited about baking some tasty treats! Here's my list of things to bake in the coming month or so:

cinnamon rolls (my dad's classic, and it's been awhile since I've made them)
peanut butter balls (a tradition of the mother-in-law)
gingerbread cookies (again, thank goodness for Martha Stewart and her quality recipes - who cares if her morals aren't always so quality? J/K
fudge - one of my Christmas favorites, and I never made any last year (actually, I don't think I've ever made fudge by myself - it's about time I conquer that one!)
caramels
maybe some almond crunch

And, for the sake of contrast, a list of my recent dinners:

Macaroni and cheese
Ramen
Ramen again
Macaroni and cheese with hot dog
Frozen dinner (Banquet's chicken fried steak - mmmm, good!), with a side of popcorn

Jack better get home before I die of clogged arteries!
