I just finished reading John Krakaur's Into the Wild. It wasn't my favorite book, but the story of Chris McCandless is interesting, and a bit haunting. It got me researching online, and here are some real pics I found:
In front of the bus he lived in while in Alaska, and also where he died.
This is the last picture he took, with his farewell note. He starved to death, and you can tell how thin he was. Definitely an interesting story, but sad.

I have to admit, I watched this movie. I had no idea of the story or anything. I also think it is quite a fascinating story, but also a little weird and sad. We should discuss some time.
