Good times at work

Work's been a little slow lately - I can't quite figure out what it is. I think it's mostly coincidence, and partly the fact that we've had a few less admissions lately. But I'm pretty much caught up on all the stuff I need to be - nice! I don't think I'll ever be completely caught up, but it's nice to be pretty much there!

But things are even better for Jack at work. Just today he got another student, so his schedule for next week is a full 40 hours! Love that! And as an added bonus, one of the guys there who was above him and had a "power trip" complex just got transferred - out of state. No offense to the guy, but I really think it will make things at work a lot more peaceful.

So now they've transferred two guys out (with another on the way), plus three guys are moving on the the Gulf. So that means six less instructors! That only leaves five, so they've cut their numbers in half. Hopefully Jack will be able to keep pretty busy now.

And with gas prices falling, I'm thinking things are pretty good. Now all we need is for the government to save this failing economy....
