The ladies at work were super nice and bought me some georgous flowers once they heard that my grandpa had passed away. My boss picked them out, and I have to say she has great taste! I love gerber daises and the square vase (and I guess Toby does too!). I do feel kind of weird getting the flowers - Grandpa should be the one getting them, but I'm sure there will be plenty at the funeral. And I tried to explain to everyone at work that Grandpa was old, so this wasn't unexpected or devastating. But it was sure nice of them, and it still is sad to have a family member pass on. But thank goodness for kind people!
