The Twilight Black Hole

I did it - I read all the Twilight books and am now done! I can actually have a life now. You don't know how hard it is to work full time, and still fit in a trip to the gym every now and then, plus keep your house somewhat clean, while trying to finish this darn saga! And in a month, too! You feel sorry for me, don't you? :) I'm glad I didn't start reading them until all the books were out, so I didn't have to wait for sequels or anything. And I read the last book, the longest, in a week! I loved the books, which is why it made it so hard to have a normal life. It's nice to be done, but I am a little sad that the story's over. Oh well - now on to the more important things of life! I actually have still found time to keep working on our adoption application, which is good because our caseworker is just waiting on us. I told her that I'd heard how the caseworker write-up is the part that takes the longest, to which she replied, "I've already done it." What?? I swear she's amazing. She still has to do our homestudy, but she'll just tack that part on to the end. I'll be honest, though, we're not in a huge hurry to get finalized. We want the timing to work out well so that I'm not having to work a ton once we have kids, so we'll see.

Oh, and a final note to anyone out there who, like myself, refused to read the Twilight books because they didn't want to give in to the masses: whatever. You don't have to read them, but it's your loss. I'm glad I finally caved. :)

just because I happen to know that not all caseworkers are created equal, if yours is still going on maternity leave, you might want to finish everything before she goes and then just put yours on hold or pause until you're ready. If she's back from maternity leave, then don't worry about it, but it would stink to get switched to a new case worker who wasn't so on top of things and then have to deal with that hassle.

I was going to ask if you know there's one on line but The Charm beat me to it! :-) I've read a bit of it but the fact that its on the computer slows you down. And it's not the whole book....
